LONDON, Sept. 2. ■ Tho Arthur Guinness Company, Ltd., have given shareholders a bonus of 100 per cent, out of reserves by the allotment of 2,500,000 new shares at £1 each. Mr. Kidston attended a reunion of 240 schoolfellows at Falkirk, including the Provost. Tho meeting presented Mr. Kidston with a portrait of his old schoolmaster.
