Harrv Benson, otherwise Belro. a financial agent, and George Petty, a land broker, were remanded at \Yestminster on a conspiracy to detrain in connection with tlie International Securities Corporation and Felthani s Bank, whereof they were lately directors. Both concerns ate in liquidaTlie prosecution alleged that 18,000 poor were defrauded by the Securities Corporation and 500 by jthe^Bank.
