But the tendency is for sly-grog selling to gradually disappear in a No-License area. •* Our oldest NO-LICENSE Electorate is GLUTHA. The .Police Commissioner, in his annual report, makes the following reference to this Electorate: “As regards that portion of the C'lutha district (No-License area) in this police district, 1 have much pleasure in stating that there has been but ONE PROSECUTION during the year (for sly-grog selling), and there is evidence of the offence being reduced to a minimum.”
