COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that . this Council did resolve, oil Friday, 21sfc August, 1908: “That all heavy traffic on Tyndall, Huxley, and Wailmi Roads shall cease as from this date, and until the loth October, 1908.” Heavy Traffic means: “llio transportation of any vehicle, engine, or machine which, itself or together with anything being transported thereon, weighs more than one and a halt tons avoirdupois, to each pair of wheels.” ... , . ..... IN Pursuance and exercise, of the power's vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901, the Coolc County Council do hereby resolve as follows: — That for the purposo of providing the interest ami other charges on a loan of £IOOO, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Council under the provisions of mentioiied Act, for Erecting a Bridge across the Mangaheia Stream and the apnroachcs thereto, -the said Cook County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of THREE-EIGHTHS OF A PENNY in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Mangaheia Bridge Special Rating District, comprising Section 1, Block HI., Uawa Survey District; Sections 6. 7,8, 9, Mangaheia No. 2 D and 2 D X ; Section B 1 Mangaheia 2; Lot 5, Mangaheia 2; Small grazing run 46, Kokotieke Block; Section 10, 11, Mangaheia 2 D ; Section E, Mangaheia N. 2; Section 4, Block 1, Uawa; 2 Block VIII., Tokomaru Survey District; Section F, Mangaheia 2, Mangaheia 2 B, Mangaheia 2 B 2 ; Mangaheia 2 D, Lot 2 and 3 ; Mangaheia 2, Sec. O; Mangaheia 2, Sec.
