NOTICE is hereby given that . this Council did resolve, oil Friday, 21sfc August, 1908: “That all heavy traffic on Tyndall, Huxley, and Wailmi Roads shall cease as from this date, and until the loth October, 1908.” Heavy Traffic means: “llio transportation of any vehicle, engine, or machine which, itself or together with anything being transported thereon, weighs more than one and a halt tons avoirdupois, to each pair of wheels.” ... , . .....
