Pernio people are returning to rebuild tho town. The ‘five is raging in tho mountains, but tho townships of Hosmer and Michel are safe. Lord Northcoto and (Mr (Donkin have cabled to Canada, expressing tlmir sympathy in connection with tlio forest fires.
