NAPIER, July 29. The Napier -Alain School Committee, acting upon the recent resolution of the 'Education Hoard regarding school hours, grunted tho Ministers’ Association permission to give scriptural instruction in the school for half-an-hour weekly. The time of giving such .instruction is to bo arranged with the headmaster, who, at the end of three months is to report as to the effect on the general work of the school.
