Parliament opens to-day. It is understood the Leader of the Opposition moves a want of confidence motion. (Received July 21, 2.55 p.m.) Sir Harry Rawson opened Parliament to-day. The Speech from the Throne referred to the prosperous condition of the State and to the visit" of the American fleet. It also expressed the hope that the capital site question would be settled during the present session. The Bills promised include closer settlement,' pure foods, minimum wage, and workers’ compensation.
