HOCKEY.

The members of the Gisborne Ladies’ Hockey team were among the passengers for Napier last night, en route to Hastings, where they were to play the To Ivootie team, and probably some others. Mrs. li. N. Jones accompanies the team, which consists of the following ladies-:—Goal-keeper, F. Sawyer; hacks, D. Osborne. D. Fyson; halves, V. Erskine, M. Somervell ■ (captain), and M. Moore; forwards, M. Winter, E. Fromm (vice-captain), V. Walters, M. Hooper, and N. Cockerill; emergency, ,E, Jones.
