THE JURY'S FINDING
DRIVERS AND' STATIONMAETER GUILTY OF MANSLAUGHTER.

MELBOURNE, July 10. The jury at. tlie enquiry into the Braybrook disaster declared that the colllision was caused by the culpable negligence of Milburn and Dolman, the drivers of the two Bendigo engines, and tho stationmaster, Kendall, and found them guilty of manslaughter. '■ V i '%■ The threo men woro committed for trial. Bail in the slims of £SO each and one surety of £SO was granted.
