The launch journey from Oparua to Kawhia was delayed by a low tide. Consequently all his Kawhia arrangements were upset, and after a hurried Slipper and a brief address to the crowd who had waited so long, Sir Joseph left bv steamer at midnight, and will rcacli Wellington to-morrow night.
