ANNIVERSARY FESTIVAL,

Tho above Festival, which will bo brought to a climax to-morrow, is arousing considerable interest in tho district. Tho history of tlio founding of tho .parish and tlio budding oj tho present church should lie very interesting, and wo understand that efforts aro to ho niailo to liavo a shout history compiled. .The vicar lays special stress upon tho early celebrations at 7 and 8 a.m., to which all communicants aro invited, especially those who have been confirmed in the pariah in bygone years. In order that the early service shall not he unduly lengthened four of tho resident clergy will take part. A feature is being made of the ovening service. The vicar is inviting all residents in the parish,, particularly tlioso who claim, or in past years claimed, in any sense allegiance to the Church of England. The ..whole church is to lie thrown open, and aii overflow service. will lie conducted .by Rev. F. W. Cliabterton in Trinity Schoolroom. There will be evening services in tho Maiigapapa and Knibi Schools. At all tho .services there will be tliankofforings towards tho fund for building 'the central church, anil church halls for the suburbs. All necessary books will be provided at the various services, and a general invitation is issued to all in the district to take part in the Anniversary Festival. Strangers and now-comers are heartily welcome.
