PETERSBURG, Juno 10. Thor© was brilliant weather for tlio first visit of any English Sovereign to Russia. Only tho teachers and school children at Reval and a few officials were allowed on the pier to witness the Czar’s first aimearance for three and a half years. The Czar and Czarina were deeply affected at the public welcome.
The Czarowitch and the Czar aboard the Standart, and the Dowager Empress on the Polar Star, awaited the Victoria and Albert, where a meeting took place. Luncheon and dinner was partaken of on boaial the Russian yachts. There were no speeches. The yachts, cruisers, and torpedoers were illuminated at night.
