LONDON; May 30. Mr. Winston Churchill, presiding at a South African dinner, said that depression was gradually yielding to an economic revival. The historical Tesult of the war was giving a single flag and was climating dualty. It had imparted a powerful impulse to Federation. The Imperial'Government’s attitude was essentially one of ■vigilance and encouragement, and he hoped that Mr. Botha would play a great part in upbuilding a local free and united South African unity as complete as Canada’s.
