HOLIDAY NOTICE. PRINCE OF AVALET BIRTHDAY, 3rd JUNE. 1908. Tho Prince of AVales’ Birthday, AVedncsday, 3rd June, will he observed by the post and telegraph offices as a holiday. Tho following hours will bo observed at the chief post office, Gisborne: Post Office—A close holiday will be observed. Mails usually despatched on Wednesday morning will be closed at 7 a.m. On Tuesday tho 2nd June tho post office will be open from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. for delivery of correspondence only. Letter carriers’ delivery from tfio post office (private boxes) wicket 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Telegraph Office —9 a.m. to 4 p.m., aiid 7 p.m. to midnight. Telephone Exchange—7 a.m. to 11 p.m. (
