(Press 'Association.) WESTPORT, May 29. At tho Bourke murder trial this afternoon evidence of rebuttal was brought by the Crown, chiefly directed to ascertain accuseils’ movements at the theatre. One witness stated tint .about 8.20 p.m. on Friday night lie saw the two accused at the door of his shop at the time when it had been alleged by other witnesses that they were at the theatre. At the conclusion of the evidence the Magistrate decided to reserve his decision till the morning as to whether to dismiss tho charges or to commit the accused for trial.
