WELLINGTON, May 20. During April Now Zoaland lost 291 in population by the excess of departures over arrivals. Tho ebb inwards was 3022 (2636 adults and 386 children), and tho outward flow was 3313 (3014 adults and 299 children). In the preceding April tho loss was 1632. Last yonr, of courso. the exhibition, which had attracted many visitors, explained tho heavy exodus.
