The Theatre Royal and Drury Lane Co., Ltd., of London, as assignees of tho authors, have issued a writ against Air. Williamson, claiming all profits mado in Victoria from tho performance of “Alother Goose,” or, in tho alternative, 40s each, and an injunction to restrain further performances.
