Mr. O’Donnell, M.P.. in reply to the manifesto of the Irish Leaguo ot Britain, said that Mr. McKenna’s Bill penalises the Catholic schools in London to the extent of twenty shillings per child. There was only ono urgent question for the Irish in England now, to save tho schools from being linanciuTiy bled to death.
