The following particulars have boon received by Mr. J. Coleman, Deputy Oilieial Assignee, .in the application in bankruptcy by Paul Stuart McColl, of Gisborne, laborer. “1 am a married man with a family of live young, children, and am employed as a laborer at the Gisborne Brewery at a weekly wage, of'£2 15s. [ have’ been in my present employment for about five years, during the first three my wages being £2 10s per week. Last week one of my creditors obtained judgment against me for .till, and pressed for immediate payment. I was unable to meet bis demands, and in t air ness to my other creditors decided, on the advice of my solicitor, to file.
