A RUNAWAY TRAM.
CRASHES OVER EMBANKMENT. SEVEN PEOPLE KILLED. United Pnw Association—Copyright. (Received Mav 3, 4.10 p.m.) LONDON, May 2. An electric tram got beyond control at Bournemouth, and ran down a hill. It was precipitated over a twenty feet embankment into the gardens at Fairlight Glen. Seven passengers were fatally injured and nine seriously injured.
