WAIAPU COUNTY COUNCIL. THE Electoral Roll and Defaulters’ Li6t for tile County of.AVaiapu will be open for inspection at the Office of the County Council, Waipiro Bay, during offico hours, from the 27th day of APRIL to the 15th day of MAY, 1908. A copy of the Roll for East Riding and also the Defaulters’ List as applied to such Riding will also bo open for inspection for the samo period at the following places:— Mata-a-koa, Mr. Liddle’s Store. Awanui Riding, Mr. Hughes’ Store. Piriparau Riding, Tuparoa Store. AA’aipiro Riding, County Council Office. Tokomaru Tokomaru Trading Co. Store. Any person who considers himself aggrieved by his own name or any other persons being entered or omitted from the Roll of the Riding, or the number of votes allotted to him or any other person therein being more or fewer than that such or other person is entitled to under the Counties Act, 1886, or that any person is entered on the Roll who lias not paid all the rates on or before the 31st March last or on or before the last day of Juno next,can apply for reliof to the Stipendiary Magistrate s Court, which is the nearest- place where the Roll of the Riding is kept.
