A remand lor one week was granted, on the application of Sergeant Hutton, os the injured man is at present in the hospital undergoing an operation. A DOAIESTIC CASE. In tho adjourned case Lena Jensen v. Fanny Owen, claim for tho recovery of a sewing machine, tliero was no appearance of the plaintiff and tho ease was struck out. Air. G. Stock who appeared for the defendant asked for costs amounting to £1 10s which His AA’orship allowed.
