CHESS CONGRESS. Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 23. Three unfinished games were completed to-day, and the fifth round was commenced. Barnes beat Rutherford (second round), Kelling heat Rummer (second round), Barnes and Rummer drew (fourth round). In the fifth round Kelling heat Barnes, Davies heat Rutherford, Connell beat Fox, Stewart heat Freeman, James beat Rummer, Mason a bye.
