After a dull and showery morning, the weather turned out lino for tho conclusion of the Canterbury Jockey Chib’s autumn meeting. The attendance, however, was very much below that of tho first day. and the totalisator investments, £12,552, showed a decrease of £5184 as compared with last year. As against thero wero twenty-nine bookmakers licensed, their fees amounting to £360. The racing was Very interesting, tlio finish of the Great Autumn Handicap being very close.
