URIC AND BILIARY POISONS.

(By “ Metabolism.”)

Tho chemical change, which is con tinuonsly taking place in the substance of our bodies, results in the production of certain waste matter which must be expelled as rapidly as formed, or it becomes actively poisonous. A great deal of this waste matter is thrown off by the lungs. It is estimated that, in the form of carbonic acid, carbon equal to eight ounces of pure charcoal leaves the body through the lungs every day. The skin, too, removes a proportion of waste matter, and the remainder is dealt with by the kidneys and liver. It is the failure of the kidneys and liver to do their share of work efficiently by ridding the system of uric and biliary matter which causes us to suffer from rheumatism, gout, neuralgia, lumbago, sciatica, blood dis orders, auamiia, indigestion, biliousness, jaundice, gravel, stone, bladder troubles, general debility, sick headache, and Bright’s disease. i When the kidneys and liver are perfectly performing their functions, wc do not suffer from these disorders, and tho reason that Warner’s Safe Cure is so effective in curing them is simply ,hat this medicine acts specifically upon the kidneys and liver and restores those vital organs to health and activity, when the causative uric and biliary poisons are regularly eliminated in a natural manner. Persons suffering from any of tlv disorders named should read a treatise published by H. H. Warner and Co Ltd., Australasian Branch, Melbourne which will be sent post free on applica lion. ® In addition to the regular 5/- and 2/f, bottles of Warner’s Safe Cure, a con centrated form of the medicine is nou issued at 2/6 per bottle. Warner’s Safi Cure (Concentrated) is not compounded with alcohol, and contains the same number of doses as the 5/- bottle of Warner’s Safe Cure.
