HOLIDAY NOTICE. GOOD FRIDAY AND EASTER MONDAY, 17t.h and 20th APRIL, 1908. Good Friday and Easter Monday tho 17th and 20th April, will be observed by the Post and Telegraph Offices as holidays. The following hours will ho observed at the Chief Post Office, Gisborne:— Post Office.—A close holiday will be observed on Good Friday. Oil Easter Monday, the 20th April, the Post Office will bo open in all brandies, oxcept the Money Order and Savings Bank, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. On the evenings of Thursday. 16th, and Saturday, 18tli April, all receivers and posting boxes will be cleared. Mails usually despatched on Friday will bo closed at 7.30 p.in. on Thursday night. On Monday, the 20th April, the usual despatch of mails up to 8 a.m. will bo made. A delivery of town letters will bo made from the Post Office private box wicket on Thursday and Saturday evenings, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Telegraph Office—Good Friday, 9.30 to 10 a.m., and 5 to 5.30 p.m. Easter Monday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 7 p.m. to midnight. Telephone Exchange.—Good Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Easter Mondav, as usual, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. W. H. RENNER, Chief Postmaster, Gisborne.
