COURT-MARTIAL EXONERATES OFFICERS AND MEN. United Prose Association— Copyright LONDONj April 12. The court-martial in connection with the collision of the destroyer Tiger and cruiser Berwick, resulted in the exoneration of the officers and crew, deceased and survivors. No blame was attached to the Berwick, the officers of which were unable to account for the collision.
