COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that this Council has received an application for permission to lay a tramway upon a County road. The name of the applicant as W. A. Limbrick. The road proposed to be “crossed” is tho Waihuka Road and Neill’s road, from sec. 5, Bl'k XI., Motu Survey District, to the Waikoliu railway station. A plan of the proposed tramway, and the conditions upon which the Council proposes to grant tho rights to construct the tramway upon the roads, may be inspected at the office of the Council, Gisborne, between the hours of . 10 o’clock a.m. and 1 o’clock p.m. daily, until the 30th April, 1908. The Council will meet to consider this application, and any objection thereto, on FRIDAY, Ist May, at 2 o’clock p.m. Any person having any objection to the proposed tramway must state the same in writing, addressed to the Council, on or before the 30th April, 1908.
