COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICK is hereby given that this Council has received an apniication for permission to lay' a tramway upoi) a County road; The name of the applicant..is AY. A. Limbrick. The road proposed to be “crossed” is the Wailiuka ‘Hoad and Neill’s road, from sec. o, Bi'k , XL, Motu Survey District, to the Waikoliu railway station. A plan of the proposed tramway, and the conditions upon which the Council proposes to grant the rights to construct the tramway upon the roads, may be inspected at the office of the Council, Gisborne, between the hours of 10 o’clock a.m. and 1 o’clock p.m. daily, until the 30th April, 1908. The Council will meet to consider this application, and any objection thereto, on FRIDAY, Ist May, at 2 o’clock 'p.m. Any person having any objection to the proposed tramway must state the same in writing, addressed to the Council, on or before the 30th April, 1908.
