PROVISION FOR CONSUMPTIVES. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, April 6. At a meeting of tho Hospital Board to-day the question of making provision for ca.ro of, consumptives was discussed, and it was agreed that the matter was one of urgency. A special committee was appointed to go into the whole question, and it is proposed to then ask tho Mayor to convene a public meeting to consider the question, the opinion being held that some of the wealthier citizens will assist in financing tho way.
