THE OAMARU SEAT: - (Per Press Association.) OAMA.RU, April 1. Mr Jus. Mitchell has definitely decided to contest the Oamaru seat in the Liberal interest, at'the general election. Air Alitchell was an unsuccessful candidate at Oamaru at Hast election.
