SITTING AT WANGANUI. SEVERAL FINES IMPOSED. Press Association. WANGANUI, March 31. The Arbitration. Court held a sitting here to-day, when the following fines were imposed:—G. Cuttelli (a baker), £l, for employing a boy more than three months without indenturing him; “Wanganui ••Herald”. Company, £2, .for paying a machinist less ill ill tlio award rate. The machinist was fined 10s for accepting the wage. Dickenson and Sarten were fined £2 for having employed an apprentice without notifying the Labor Department. 11l each case oversight or inadvertence was pleaded as the cause of the trouble.
