Press Association. AUCKLAND, Inarch 31. Mr. T. Lung, a Chinese mandarin of the fifth class, passed through Suva recently on his way to Samoa, where he lias been'appointed Commissioner of Chinese Immigrants. The object of his visit to the Pacific is entirely confined to the drawing up of a report for his Government as' to the labor conditions of Chinese, coolies in Samoa.
