Press Association. PALMERSTON, March 2S. At the Supreme Court on Saturday-, Air Justice Cooper delivered judgement in the case of AA’illiam Reed and others v. Levin Dairy Company. In this case plaintiffs applied for the annulling of the election, of J. Davis, and Basil It. Gardener -as Directors of the defendant comuany, and for a mandamus'ordering the company to proceed with a fresh election of directors-. His Honor gave judgement for defendant, with one set of costs assessed at £36 11b.
