IMPRISONED IN A'TSARRED CELL
United Press Association—Copyright ST. PETERSBURG, March 22. Stoessel has surrendered, and has been placed in a barred cell in the fortress of St. Peter and St. Paul, at St. Petersburg, 19 feet square. It adjoins tho cell where Admiral Niebgaitoll' is incarcerated.
