GENERAL SMIRNOFF AVOUNDED.

United Press Association —Copyright LONDON, Alarch 18. General Fock fought a duel with General Smirnoff. The latter was severely wounded.

(Received Alarch 20, 12.59 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Alarch 19. The duel was with pistols at 15 paces. ' General Smirnoff’s second shot traversed General Fock’s coat, and General Fock’s third shot wounded him in tho abdomen. Several ladies were present.
