CONDITIONS. 1. Horses ontering for district races to liavo been in the district, and tko bona fido property of residents, at least three months previous to race 6. 2. Jockeys riding in races to wear colours. 3. Protests to ho lodged with the Secretary in writing, within 15 minutes after tlio disputed event, accompanied with a deposit of £2, such deposit to bo forfeited if the protest bo not sustained. 4. No nomination or acceptance will be entertained unices accompanied by necessary fees. 5.
