WESTPORT HARBOR BOARD.
PROPOSED LARGE LOAN. Press Association. • WESTI’OIt-T, March 16. At a meeting of the Westport- Harbor Board to-day, it was resolved to take steps to have a loan bill passed this session of Parliament for £2OO, 000 for harbor imnrovements. It is proposed to procure one or two 1000-ton capacity suction dredges, this being double tho capacity of the “Ruby Seddon,” the Board’s present dredge.
