CONDITIONS, 1. Horses entering for district races to have been in the district, and tlxo bona fido property of residents, at least three months previous to races. 2. Jockeys riding in races to wear colours. 3. Protests to bo lodged with the Secretary in writing, within 15 minutes after the disputed event, accompanied with a deposit of £2, such deposit to bo forfeited if the protest bo not sustained. 4. No nomination or acceptance will bo entertained unless accompanied by necessary fees. 5.
