A DAIRY DEVELOPMENT.
Arrangements have almost been completed for the erection in Taranaki of a big condensed milk factory. A representative of Messrs Preston and Co., who are the managing agents in New Zealand and Australia for the well-known Nestle and Anglo-Suiss Condensed Milk Company, informed the “West Coast Times” that flic company’s enterprise in building a factory of this kind largo enough to supply the whole of New Zeal* il, and fitted with modern condensing machinery, means investinfg no less a sum than £70,000.
