I arliamcnt will spend £120,000 annually on hospitals and sanatoria in the Congo for a period of fifteen years, and Parliament will -in future have control of the Budget. The allegation by a Brussels correspondent of the ‘‘Matin,” in reference to Germany’s attitude towards the. Congo, cabled on tho 3rd, is officially contradicted.
