NEW ZEALANDER’S INVENTION.
NEW HEEL FOR BOOTS. Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, March o. A New Zealand invention,, said to further popularise colonial manufactured boots, is being used in the local factory, in the shape of a new cushion spring heel, internally fitted. After extensive tests by medical men, police, and others, the invention has been pronounced a great success, and a special plant for the manufacture and fitting of new heels is now being installed.
