THE NIGHTCAPS DISASTER.
SUPREME COURT PROCEEDINGS Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Feb. 25. At the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice Williams, the Grand Jury found true bills in the cases in which David and James and William Ford and Thomson Phillips, on a charge of breaking and entering the dwelling of Chong Ron and Cuing Pon, and stealing beer and eatables valued at 255, also in the case of John Lloyd, charged with manslaughter in connection with the Nightcaps disaster. The breaking case lasted all day, and is unfinished.
