All handicaps, with tho exception of the Miramar Cup, will bo started on a minimum of Sst 71b. The Miramar Cup will be started on a minimum of Sst. Any winpoy during the day to incur a penalty of 71b. So far as is possible, the rules of ■ the New Zealand Racing Conference will bo observed at this meeting, but a book of rules is in course of preparation, and will shortly be issued. Weights will be declared on MONDAY’, February 10th. The Managing Steward will ho. pleased to give any information tfe . country visitors as to accommodation to be obtained for themselves and ponies.
