According to- Washington correspondents, Mr Roosevelt I will be a busier man than ever when he leaves the White House (.says the New York correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph”). They differ regarding the details of his intentions, which are not announced officially, but most of them seem agreed that he is extremely desirous of making a world-tour, calling upon every monarch in Europe.
