Blow, Under-Secrctarv for Public Works, was expected to arrive this morning on business mainly collected with the extension of the railway from Pulia, but Mr. C. E. Armstrong, local engineer to the Public Works Department, lias been advised that the visit has been postponed. ' „ Messrs W. Morgan and G. E. Dartoli return this morning from Napier, after attending the meeting of the Hawke’s Bay Education Board. Inspector McDonnell, in charge of the Hawke’s Bay police district, arrives from South this morning.
