RULES AND REGULATIONS* Entries will be received by tho Managing Steward up till. 9 p.m. on "WEDNESDAY, February sth, I9OS. All ponies must attend for measurement at 12.30 p.m. on the course on the day of the races, when a six months' certificate will bo granted, for which 5s will he charged. All handicaps, with the exception of the Miramar Cup, will bo started on a minimum of Bst 71b. The Miramar Cup will lie started on a minimum of Sst. Any winner during tho day to incur a penalty of 71b. So far as is possible, the rules of the New Zealand Racing Conference will bo observed at this meeting, but a book of rules is in course of preparation, and will shortly ho issued. Weights will he declared on MONDAY, February 10th. The Managing Steward will bo pleased to give any information to country visitors as to accommodation to he obtained for themselves aad ponies. No pony allowed to start wluss nomination fee is unpaid. In the case of there being hr:; than five starters for the Miramar Clio, flie right is reserved to reduce the value of the stake.
