ALL REBELS PARDONED. United Press Association —Copyright (Received Feb. 5. 11.30 p.m.) DURBAN. Feb. 5. Mr. Nathan announced at an indiilia of 200 to 250 chiefs at Ngutu that the Government intended to pursue the policy of “forgive and forgot,” and therefore pardoned all tho rank and file concerned in the rebellion of 1900. The natives were greatly impressed and delighted with the leniency displayed.
