Cium -igham. One William Cunningham, brewery employee, 19 years and 11 months of age, brought before the Court the matter of his intended mar; : age with Kate Kathleen McConagliey. His parents objected to the proposed union on the ground that he was under age. The parents of the girl had no objection, and Cuiiningh Ini sought the Court’s intervention. His Honor said the Court had no jurisdiction, 'and refused to make au order.
