The Bills promised are: Licensing, England and Wales Education, England and AY ales Hours of Labor, Coal Alines, Housing of Working Classes, Valuation of Property in England and AVales for the Purposes of Taxation, University Education in Ireland, Compulsory Acquisition of Untenanted Land in Ireland for the Relief of Congestion, Improvement and Control of the Port and AVaterway of London, Protection of Children and Treatment of Juvenile Offenders, and Scottish Land and Valuation.
